The K922-1 welding machine is designed for flash-butt welding both by pulse and continuous flashing of rails with cross section area from 6500 mm² up to 12000 mm² with flash removal immediately after welding.
The K922-1 welding machine can be used both as part of mobile rail welding installations and in stationary conditions.
The welding machines are designed for flash-butt welding both by pulse and continuous flashing of rails with increased stroke of upset rods (to ensure the pulling of the rails), with cross section area from 6500 mm² up to 12000 mm² with flash removal immediately after welding.
Currently, the company produces new generation machines K930, K945, K950, K955.
Mobile Flash Butt Rail Welding Machine К1067 (for railway switches)
The K1067 rail welding machine is designed for contact butt welding of railway switches with welded rail ends to railway rails and railway rails between themselves, as well as for welding in hard-to-reach places.
K1067 is also used for welding rails that are placed at a close distance from each other on railways and subway lines.
The K1000 welding machine is designed for stationary flash-butt welding of rails with cross-section area of rails from 5000 mm² to 10000 mm² with flash removal immediately after welding.
According to the special order it can be manufactured for welding of other profiles with section area up to 18000 mm².
The machine is a re-equipped version of K1000 machine due to the need to weld the alloy steel rails, as well as to weld rail sections comprising isolated joints.
The K1100 welding machine is designed for stationary flash-butt welding of rails with cross-section area of rails from 5000 mm² to 10000 mm² with flash removal immediately after welding. According to the special order it can be manufactured for welding of other profiles with section area up to 18000 mm².
Stationary Flash Butt Rail Welding Machine K924 (for railway switches)
The K924 welding machine is designed for stationary flash-butt welding of the elements of the railway switches made of special steel to the appropriate rail ends or for welding rails with height of 140-195 mm and cross section area up to 15000 mm²., with flash removal immediately after welding.
The autonomous container complex on the basis of the K1100 rail welding machine is designed for welding of the rail strings under field conditions. It can be transported by road to the construction site of the railway and work in any climatic conditions.
The autonomous container type welding complex on the basis of the K922-1 rail welding machine is mounted in the container and designed for installation on a railway platform or vehicle.
Mobile Road-Rail Container Complex KCM
The КСМ007 is manufactured on the Volvo automobile chassis, equipped with two bogies with their individual hydrostatic drive and the K922-1 rail welding machine. The complex is designed for the rail welding under field conditions at construction and repair of the rail tracks and tramlines.
The vehicle, built using the VOLVO automobile chassis as its foundation, serves as a complete technical solution for creating road-rail vehicles. These vehicles are particularly designed for the repair and construction of railway track superstructures.
Furthermore, this vehicle is suitable for being adapted into various other forms, such as machines for overhead catenary work, mobile rail welding units, and other construction machinery.
The KZF 11 thyristor contactor is designed for installation in spot, seam, and projection contact welding machines and is used to switch and control single-phase power at industrial frequency when equipped with a control unit that synchronizes the welding current.
The KZF 13 thyristor contactor is designed for installation in spot, seam, and projection contact welding machines and is used to switch and control single-phase power at industrial frequency when equipped with a control unit that synchronizes the welding current.
