K924Stationary Flash-Butt Rail Welding Machine

The K924 is a specialised stationary rail welding machine developed for production of welded railway crossing, switch and turnout components. Unlike conventional straight-rail production machines, K924 is engineered for demanding component geometries and high-manganese materials.
The current K924 offer describes intermediate welding using a stainless-steel rail insert and welding of high-manganese crossings and switches with cross-sectional areas up to 15,000 mm².
