Stationary Rail Welding Machines

KZESO stationary rail welding machines are engineered for high-duty flash-butt welding in rail production plants, welding depots and specialised industrial facilities. The range combines robust mechanical design, controlled clamping and alignment, automatic welding cycles and immediate flash removal to support repeatable weld quality and efficient production.
From standard rail welding and long rail-string production to specialised welding of crossing and turnout components, KZESO provides equipment configured around the customer’s rail profiles, production targets and plant infrastructure.

Available Configurations

Stationary machines are engineered as project-specific production systems. The supply can include the welding machine, matched control, hydraulic and cooling equipment, tooling and production-line interfaces. Applicable machines can also be integrated into containerised stationary systems.

Technology & System Architecture

A complete stationary rail welding installation can combine the welding machine with hydraulic pumping, cooling, electrical control, weld-data recording and project-specific rail handling. For K1000 and K1100, the same core welding technology can also be integrated into a protected containerised infrastructure for transportable or site-based deployment

Key Advantages

Purpose-built stationary flash-butt rail welding technology

Automatic or controlled welding cycles with immediate flash removal

Project-specific adaptation to rail profiles and production requirements

Digital process monitoring and weld traceability on current K1100 and K924 configurations

Stationary and containerised deployment options for K1000 / K1100

Available ConfigurationsWhat Is Included / Purpose

1. Stationary InstallationWelding machine integrated into a permanent production facility with hydraulic, cooling, control and weld-recording systems according to the selected model and project scope.

2. Containerised Solution - K1000 / K1100Welding technology integrated into protected container infrastructure with supporting systems. The current K1100 offer uses three containers for the welding equipment, controls / climate systems, and diesel-generator / connection infrastructure.

Source note for implementation: the supplied K924 document describes a stationary machine only; a containerised K924 configuration is not stated in the provided source and should not be published as available without separate engineering confirmation.
