KCM007 is a complete mobile road-rail welding complex integrating the transport vehicle, railway running system, project-approved welding subsystem, autonomous power, hydraulics, cooling, controls and welding-head handling equipment.
Construction and renewal of continuous welded rail
Mobile mainline welding requiring independent road and rail mobility
Projects requiring one integrated platform for welding, transport and auxiliary systems
Key Advantages
KCM007 combines a Volvo FMX 8×2 Tridem road chassis with railway running equipment and the project-approved KZESO welding subsystem. The complex integrates autonomous power generation, hydraulic pumping, industrial cooling and a crane/manipulator for welding-head deployment and recovery.
Control & QualityThe welding process is controlled by the control system supplied with the approved welding subsystem. Complex-level controls coordinate auxiliary equipment and safe operating functions. Welding-data recording and WeldReg functions depend on the selected welding subsystem.

What does KCM007 integrate?
KCM007 combines the vehicle and rail-running platform with the project-approved welding subsystem and the auxiliary systems required for mobile field welding.
Is the welding machine fixed for every KCM007 project?
No. The welding subsystem is selected and stated according to the approved project configuration.
Can the rail gauge be project-specific?
Yes. The standard documented gauge is 1,435 mm, while other gauges can be engineered for the project.
