The K1000 is a heavy-duty stationary flash-butt rail welding machine designed for reliable, repeatable welding in industrial production environments. It is intended for rail welding plants, depots and production lines where robust equipment, immediate flash removal and project-specific integration are required. The standard application range covers rails with cross-sectional areas from 5,000 to 10,000 mm². For specialised projects, K1000 can be manufactured for welding other profiles with cross-sectional areas up to 18,000 mm².
Stationary flash-butt rail welding
Rail production and welding lines
Rail depots and industrial welding facilities
Special-profile welding in project-specific configurations
Key Advantages
K1000 is built around a stationary welding machine with clamping, alignment, upsetting and flash-removal functions. The complete installation can be integrated with hydraulic pumping, cooling, control and weld-recording equipment according to the approved project configuration.
Control & Quality
Control and weld-quality monitoring equipment are selected according to the approved project configuration. The website should avoid assigning K1100-specific software or performance values to K1000 unless confirmed in the final K1000 technical specification.

Containerised Solution
K1000-based welding system integrated into protected transportable container infrastructure with supporting systems configured to the project.
What rail sizes can K1000 weld?
The standard range is 5,000-10,000 mm². Special configurations can be manufactured for other profiles up to 18,000 mm².
Is flash removed after welding?
Yes. The K1000 is designed for flash removal immediately after the welding cycle.
Can K1000 be integrated into an existing production line?
Yes. The stationary configuration can be engineered around the customer’s production layout and supporting infrastructure.
Is a containerised K1000 solution available?
Yes. K1000 can be integrated into a project-specific containerised rail welding solution.
